Designate Your Beneficiary
When you enroll online for benefits, look for the prompts to designate a beneficiary for your Nick’s Restaurant Company-provided life insurance coverage and/or your optional life insurance plans. If a beneficiary is not designated, benefits will be paid according to the carrier policy. It is not necessary to add a beneficiary for your spousal life or child life insurance coverage since you are automatically the beneficiary for any spouse or dependent coverage you elect.
